Over Kinfauns is a traditional farm house built in the mid 1800’s which has been up graded and modernised over the years to meet the requirements of today’s living.

Offering comfortable accommodation with modern facilities guests will be greeted with a warm welcome by new proprietors, Fiona and Roland Holmes.  They bought over the property in October 2007 which has been previously run as a very popular and successful bed & breakfast for many years.  Their priority is to continue providing the same high standards to give their guests a pleasant and memorable stay in a truly unique part of Perthshire.

Surrounded by 46 acres of private grounds the property offers a tranquil setting with stunning views over the River Tay, Kingdom of Fife and Perthshire.
On site there is a livery offering horse/pony riding and hacking and riding lessons are available. With open landscapes and comfortable bridle paths the area of Kinfauns is the ideal setting for the equestrian lover and outdoor enthusiast.
